CQI Ltd was formed in 2000, initially to offer a range of control valves and specialized fittings to the construction market.

During the last 5 years the business has both grown and diversified.

CQI Golf was established in 2001 to distribute ranges of steel golf shafts manufactured in Japan by Nippon Shaft Co. Ltd throughout Europe. This activity has developed well and with a partner like Nippon the future looks very bright.

A further stepping stone along the way was the acquisition in 2001 of Centreglow Ltd, a distributor of commercial valves and fittings to the engineering market via distribution.
